Account and Data Deletion

Option 1: Automatic Deletion from the App (Recommended)

The fastest and easiest way to delete your account is directly from the application.

1. Log in to your Conoce+ account.
2. Go to the "Profile" tab.
3. Select the "Account" option.
4. Press the "Delete my account" button and follow the instructions.

This process is immediate and irreversible. Your authentication account and all your data in Firestore (profile, businesses, establishments, products, chats, and comments) will be permanently deleted.

Option 2: Manual Deletion Request via Email

If you are unable to access your account or prefer us to handle it for you, you can request a manual deletion.

• Send an email to: bryanescamilla@conocesv.com
• Subject: Account Deletion Request
• From the email: Please send the request from the email address you used to register with Conoce+ to verify your identity.

We will process your request without undue delay, within a maximum period of 30 days. The deletion is equally irreversible.
