Information Provided by You:

• Registration Data: Name, email address, password (stored securely and hashed).
• Profile Content: Optional profile picture, and all information provided by Business Accounts (descriptions, locations, photos, etc.).
• User-Generated Content: The messages you send and receive through our chat and the comments you post.

Information Collected Automatically:

• Usage and Analytics Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App (which business profiles you view, which items you save as favorites, which buttons you click). This data is used in an aggregated and pseudonymized form.
• Location Data: With your explicit consent, we collect your device's location for features like showing your position on the map and generating routes.
• Technical and Crash Data: We collect technical information about your device to enable automatic configuration (model, operating system version, language, and light or dark theme) and error reporting to diagnose and troubleshoot issues. This data is used in an aggregated and pseudonymized form.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

• To perform our contract with you: To create your account, process subscriptions, and provide the App's features.
• With your explicit consent: To access your location or send notifications.
• For our legitimate interests: To improve security, monitor, analyze App performance, prevent fraud, and provide aggregated, anonymous statistics to Business Users.

4. Third-Party Services and International Transfers

We do not sell your personal information. However, we use third-party services to operate our App. These providers may have access to your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Our main service providers include:

• Google Firebase: For authentication, analytics (Analytics), database (Firestore), file storage (Storage), cloud functions (Cloud Functions), remote configuration (Remote Config), notifications (Cloud Messaging) and platform security (App Check). Google Privacy Policy

• Google AdMob: To display ads in the free version of the app.

5. Advertising and Tracking Technologies

The free version of the App uses Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising identifier to display ads. You can manage your ad personalization preferences in your device settings.

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon a deletion request, your data will be erased within 30 days, except for billing information, which will be retained for the period required by law.

7. User Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, request a copy of (portability), and object to the processing of your data.
